GLOBAL APEX MARKETS LTD Reviews: Trading Conditions and Reliability Analysis

Last updated:

GLOBAL APEX MARKETS LTD presents itself as an international Forex/CFD broker, but we were unable to verify its claimed regulation. A recently registered domain, an opaque legal operator, contradictory commission information and third-party content create a high level of risk for prospective clients. Taken together, these factors form a pronounced scam-related pattern, although we found no official ruling that this particular brand is fraudulent.

How We Reviewed GLOBAL APEX MARKETS LTD

We distinguished between the platform’s own claims and information from independent official sources. We used the website to establish what the project says about itself, while checking its licensing, domain age and legal status separately. As part of our review, we:

  • reviewed the homepage, About section, account types, deposit and withdrawal methods, Privacy Policy and available trading conditions;
  • compared the operator name, registration number, address and governing law across different sections of the website;
  • checked the domain through ICANN Lookup and the primary Verisign RDAP service, and reviewed the website’s history through Web Archive;
  • searched the official Saint Lucia IBC registry and reviewed relevant materials from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority;
  • opened the exact Trustpilot profile for globalapexmarkets.com and assessed the extent of its independent reputation footprint;
  • compared the content we found with materials from FundedNext, FXTM and Money Plant, and separately assessed whether the similarities support a connection between the projects.

What GLOBAL APEX MARKETS LTD Claims

GLOBAL APEX MARKETS LTD offers trading in Forex, metals, energy products, indices, shares, ETFs, commodities and cryptoassets. Its advertised services include MetaTrader 5, mobile trading and copy trading. Marketing sections promise spreads from 0.0 pips, zero commission, round-the-clock support and more than 25,000 active traders.

The footer names GLOBAL APEX MARKETS LTD as the operator, describing it as a Saint Lucia company with registration number 2025-00870 and an address at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay. The project also states that it does not serve residents of the United States, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea and Sudan.

The website separately claims to be “FSC Regulated”, but does not provide the FSC’s full name or country, a licence number, the licensed legal entity or the authorised activities. We were unable to match this wording to a specific entry in an official register.

Regulation and Operator: What We Could Verify

To check the regulatory claim, we reviewed a document issued by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority Saint Lucia dated January 8, 2026. FSRA Saint Lucia states that Forex business is not licensed in the country. The regulator also warns that documents from Forex companies claiming registration, a licence or an affiliation with the Authority may be false and misleading.

The document concerns Forex business in the jurisdiction generally; it is not an individual warning against GLOBAL APEX MARKETS LTD. Neither the brand name nor globalapexmarkets.com appears on the page of the list that we checked. The FSRA has not declared this project fraudulent. The relevant point for our assessment is that the website’s implied regulation in Saint Lucia conflicts with the authority’s official position.

Saint Lucia FSRA warning notice stating that forex business is not licensed in Saint Lucia

We were also unable to independently verify the claimed registration number 2025-00870. A search for the exact name GLOBAL APEX MARKETS LTD in the Saint Lucia International Business Companies registry returned no matches. The main Registry of Companies and Intellectual Property search returned a 502 error at the time of our check. The registration therefore remains unverified, but this does not justify concluding that the company does not exist.

Corporate registration and a brokerage licence are separate statuses. We found no accessible Client Agreement on the website, so the published documents do not clearly identify the contractual party, payment operator, court or arbitration mechanism, or the full procedure for blocking or closing an account.

Legal Documents Refer to Different Jurisdictions

The Privacy Policy introduces another contradiction. The footer and About section associate the operator with Saint Lucia, while the policy itself is expressly governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. It also uses several versions of the company name — GLOBAL APEX, GLOBAL APEX LTD and GLOBAL APEX Service Limited — and lists an incorrect address on another domain among its contact details.

As a result, the published materials do not clearly establish which company processes personal data and provides brokerage services, which law would govern a dispute, or who actually receives client payments.

Globalapexmarkets.com: Domain and Website History

According to ICANN Lookup and the primary Verisign RDAP, the current domain was created on November 17, 2025.

Last updated January 17, 2026, 13:36:37 UTC

The website nevertheless contains news posts dated September–October 2025 and blog archives from 2022. We found no previous official domain, documented rebranding or continuous history of the legal entity, so the publication dates do not establish that globalapexmarkets.com operated before November 2025. Web Archive showed no accessible earlier versions of the site; we treat this only as supporting context alongside the domain registration date.

Trading Conditions and Internal Contradictions

GLOBAL APEX MARKETS LTD publishes four account types but does not state the minimum deposit for each trading account. The advertised terms are as follows:

Account Spread Commission Leverage
Advantage from 0.0 pips from $3.5 per lot up to 1:3000
Advantage Plus from 0.0 pips advertised as 0; $3.5 on the account card up to 1:3000
Advantage Stocks from 0.0 pips advertised as 0; $3.5 on the account card up to 1:3000
Practice not stated not applicable not stated

On the Advantage Plus page, promises of commission-free trading and “Zero commissions” appear alongside a card stating “Commission from $3.5 per lot (floating)”. This is not merely a wording issue; it concerns the client’s direct trading costs. Leverage of up to 1:3000 increases the risk further, as even a small adverse price movement can lead to a rapid loss of capital.

Clients can fund an account by bank transfer, card or FasaPay. The minimum bank transfer is 100 USD/EUR. A 2.5% fee is stated for card withdrawals. The same page gives two different processing times for bank withdrawals: 2–4 working days in the table and 3–5 days in the explanatory text.

The company does not disclose several material conditions:

  • typical spreads, rather than minimum spreads alone, and a complete schedule of commissions and swaps;
  • margin call and stop-out levels, and negative balance protection;
  • rules for changing leverage and the execution model;
  • liquidity providers and the specific MetaTrader 5 broker server;
  • the bank or custodian holding segregated client funds;
  • full KYC/AML, refund, chargeback and dispute procedures.

Third-Party Content and a Possible White-Label Setup

On the About page, we found a direct reference to FundedNext and a description of a proprietary trading model: a 15% Performance Reward during the Challenge Phase, no time limits, reset and monthly competitions. This content is inconsistent with GLOBAL APEX’s positioning as a retail CFD broker.

The account pages retain references to “FXTM Rewards” and “FXTM App”, while the homepage included a phrase mentioning Money Plant. The MoneyPlant FX FZE website repeats the structure and order of sections, the names of featured traders and the figures +150%, +120% and +90%. We regard these similarities as indicators of a shared template, a white-label arrangement or the work of the same developer, but not as confirmation of common ownership.

GLOBAL APEX MARKETS LTD Reviews and Reputation

We found the exact profile for globalapexmarkets.com on Trustpilot. It relates to the domain under review and is marked as an Unclaimed profile. At the time of our check, it had 0 reviews and a TrustScore of 0.0 out of 5.

With no reviews, Trustpilot provides no basis for assessing actual customer experiences, recurring complaints or the nature of any positive activity. Review numbers on a single platform do not show the actual number of clients. However, against the claim of more than 25,000 active traders, the independent reputation footprint of globalapexmarkets.com on Trustpilot remains extremely limited.

Pros and Cons of GLOBAL APEX MARKETS LTD

  • The website provides information about its account types, available markets, and deposit and withdrawal methods.
  • The wording “FSC Regulated” does not identify a verifiable regulator or provide a licence number.
  • We were unable to independently verify the claimed operator’s registration number 2025-00870.
  • The Privacy Policy switches from Saint Lucia to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and uses different company names.
  • We found no complete Client Agreement or clear dispute resolution mechanism.
  • The domain was registered on November 17, 2025, and we could not verify any earlier history.
  • The zero-commission claim contradicts an account card stating a fee of $3.5 per lot.
  • Leverage of up to 1:3000 creates an extreme risk of losing funds.
  • Official pages retain content referring to FundedNext, FXTM and Money Plant.
  • The Trustpilot profile has no reviews, leaving virtually no independent reputation footprint on the platform.

Editorial Conclusion

Our review of GLOBAL APEX MARKETS LTD found a low level of legal transparency. The company names an operator, but we were unable to independently verify its status. The governing law and company names differ across the documents, while the client agreement, payment operator and banking infrastructure are not disclosed.

The claimed FSC regulation also remains unverified. The FSRA document is not an individual warning against the project, but it expressly states that Forex business is not licensed in Saint Lucia. The recently registered domain, extreme leverage, contradictory commission information and borrowed content reinforce this picture and form a pronounced scam-related pattern.

We assess the overall risk as extremely high and do not consider it reasonable to provide GLOBAL APEX MARKETS LTD with money, banking details or identity documents without a verifiable licence, a confirmed operator and a complete Client Agreement. At the same time, there was no individual regulatory decision or verified widespread pattern of complaints concerning the brand at the time of our check, so we do not present fraud as a legally established fact.
