FinanceGuardReview Terms of Use and User Review Policy

1. General Provisions

FinanceGuardReview is an independent analytical website focused on finance, publishing reviews of brokers, investment platforms, chargeback services, and other online projects related to financial services and investment offers.

By using the FinanceGuardReview website, reading materials, submitting reviews, ratings, or replies to published comments, the user agrees to these terms of use and the rules for publishing user content.

If the user does not agree with these terms, they must stop using the website and must not submit reviews through FinanceGuardReview forms.

2. Informational Nature of the Website

FinanceGuardReview materials are intended only for informational and analytical purposes. The website is not a broker, investment adviser, law firm, tax consultant, payment intermediary, chargeback service, or representative of any financial company.

Published reviews, ratings, comments, user reviews, and editorial conclusions are not individualized investment recommendations, legal advice, or instructions to act.

The user independently makes decisions related to registration on third-party websites, transfer of personal data, depositing funds, trading, investing, or using financial services. Before making such decisions, the user should independently check information through official sources and, where necessary, consult qualified professionals.

3. Editorial Materials and User Reviews

FinanceGuardReview contains two types of materials:

  • editorial reviews and analytical articles prepared by the website’s authors;
  • user reviews, ratings, and replies submitted through forms on review pages.

An editorial review and a user rating are different elements of the website. An editorial review is based on analysis of open sources, documents, regulatory data, technical indicators, the company’s public statements, and its reputational footprint. The user rating is formed on the basis of ratings from users that have passed moderation.

A high or low user rating is not a guarantee of a company’s reliability, legality, solvency, or good faith. User reviews reflect the subjective experience or opinion of individual users and do not replace independent verification.

4. Submitting Reviews

Users may leave a review and rating on the page of the relevant review. To submit a review, the user must complete the form by providing a name, email address, star rating, and comment text.

Account registration on the website is not required. The user’s email address is not published on the page and is used for technical, moderation, and communication purposes related to processing the review.

Before a review is submitted, the website may use Cloudflare Turnstile or another anti-spam mechanism. This check helps distinguish real users from automated submissions, protect the review form from spam, and reduce the risk of artificial manipulation of the user rating.

By submitting a review, the user confirms that they:

  • have provided accurate or good-faith information within the form;
  • are leaving the review on their own behalf and not on behalf of another person;
  • are not trying to artificially influence the company’s rating;
  • are not posting the review on behalf of a company, competitor, reputation management agency, or other interested party without disclosing that circumstance;
  • are not publishing knowingly false information;
  • understand that the review text may be published on the website after moderation.

5. Requirements for Review Content

FinanceGuardReview accepts reviews that relate to a specific company, platform, or service and describe user experience, observations, questions about the company’s operations, or other relevant information.

Reviews must not contain:

  • spam, advertising, promo codes, referral links, or SEO texts;
  • mass-produced identical or automatically generated comments;
  • insults, threats, discriminatory statements, or aggressive personal attacks;
  • knowingly false information;
  • statements made on behalf of another person;
  • personal data of third parties;
  • bank card numbers, passport details, addresses, phone numbers, logins, passwords, or other sensitive data;
  • confidential correspondence or documents if the user has no right to publish them;
  • malicious links or attempts to redirect users to questionable services;
  • offers of fund recovery, chargeback, or legal assistance if they look like advertising for a third-party service.

The user is responsible for the content of the submitted review and for respecting the rights of third parties.

6. Review Moderation

All reviews on FinanceGuardReview undergo preliminary or subsequent review by moderators. Moderation is necessary to protect the website and users from spam, rating manipulation, paid publications, insults, unreliable materials, and the publication of sensitive data.

FinanceGuardReview may accept, reject, or label a review if it violates the website rules or shows signs of bad-faith placement.

The editorial team does not change the meaning of user reviews. We do not rewrite a review in a way that changes the author’s position, turns a negative review into a positive one, or turns a positive review into a negative one.

At the same time, the website may choose not to publish a review if it violates the rules, contains sensitive data, looks like spam, advertising, reputation manipulation, or does not relate to the company being reviewed.

7. Reviews Showing Signs of Paid or Manipulative Placement

If a review shows signs of possible paid placement, reputation manipulation, artificial increase or decrease of the rating, a mass campaign, a repeated template, or other suspicious activity, FinanceGuardReview may publish it with a special label.

Such a label means that the review raised doubts during moderation and is not used as an ordinary user signal.

Reviews with this label:

  • may be shown publicly for transparency;
  • are not included in the calculation of the company’s user rating;
  • are not treated as confirmed customer experience;
  • may be further checked or removed if new data appears.

FinanceGuardReview is not obliged to disclose all technical and moderation criteria by which a review was considered suspicious. This is necessary to protect the website from attempts to bypass anti-spam and anti-manipulation mechanisms.

8. Calculation of the User Rating

A company’s user rating on FinanceGuardReview is displayed as a star rating and is calculated as the arithmetic mean of ratings left in published reviews that have passed moderation.

The user rating calculation does not include:

  • rejected reviews;
  • deleted reviews;
  • spam;
  • advertising comments;
  • duplicate reviews;
  • reviews showing signs of rating manipulation;
  • reviews labelled as possibly paid or manipulative;
  • comments not related to user experience or the topic of the review.

The user rating may change after new reviews are published, old reviews are moderated, duplicates are removed, suspicious activity is identified, or a moderation decision is reconsidered.

FinanceGuardReview does not guarantee that the user rating fully reflects a company’s quality, reliability, or legal status. The rating is an aggregated user signal, not an editorial conclusion or recommendation.

9. Replies to Reviews and Company Comments

A company representative may submit a reply through the form on the review page or contact the editorial team by email. Since the website has no registration system or verification of official company accounts, a comment left through the public form is not automatically considered a confirmed official position of the company.

If a company representative wants to provide an official explanation, documents, licence confirmation, legal details, or a response to a specific review, they may send the information to the FinanceGuardReview editorial email address. The editorial team may request additional confirmation and independently decide whether the information will be added to the material, used to update the review, or published as an explanatory note.

A company may request a check of disputed information, a review, or a fact in a review. Such requests are considered on the basis of the data, documents, and verifiable sources provided.

10. Website’s Right to Refuse Publication

FinanceGuardReview reserves the right not to publish a review, rating, or reply without being required to provide a public explanation, if the material violates these rules, creates legal risks, contains sensitive data, looks like spam, advertising, rating manipulation, or is unrelated to the topic of the page.

The website may also limit the publication of a large number of similar reviews submitted within a short period of time if such activity appears unnatural or may distort the user rating.

11. Rights to User Content

By submitting a review, rating, or reply through the FinanceGuardReview form, the user grants the website the right to store, moderate, publish, display, quote, and use the submitted text as part of the website’s operation.

The user retains their rights to the content of the review, but agrees that a published review may remain available on the website if it does not violate the rules and does not contain data requiring removal.

The user may contact the editorial email address with a request to remove or check a review they have published. FinanceGuardReview will consider such a request, but may ask for additional information to verify that the request was sent by the author of the review or another authorized person.

12. Personal Data and Technical Information

When submitting a review or reply, the user provides a name and email address. The email address is not published on the review page and is used for moderation, communication with the user, checking disputed situations, and processing requests.

The website may also process technical data necessary for security, spam protection, prevention of rating manipulation, and proper operation of the forms. Such data may include the IP address, browser and device information, the date and time of form submission, technical identifiers, anti-spam system data, and information related to the operation of the website infrastructure.

FinanceGuardReview may use content protection and delivery services, including Cloudflare. Such services may process users’ technical data to ensure website security, filter malicious traffic, and protect against attacks, spam, and automated actions.

The user must not submit sensitive personal data, bank details, document numbers, passwords, addresses, third-party data, or other information through the review form that should not be published or transmitted through a public form.

Additional information about data processing may be provided in the website’s Privacy Policy.

13. External Links

FinanceGuardReview materials may contain links to websites of financial regulators, corporate registers, websites of reviewed companies, archived pages, review platforms, and other third-party resources.

Such links are provided for readers’ convenience and for checking information. FinanceGuardReview does not control the content of third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, terms of use, or subsequent changes.

By following external links, the user acts independently and should take into account the rules and risks of the relevant third-party resource.

14. Limitation of Liability

FinanceGuardReview strives to maintain the accuracy and good faith of published materials, but does not guarantee that all information on the website is always complete, current, and error-free.

Financial companies may change websites, domains, documents, service terms, legal information, contact details, and public statements after a review has been published. User reviews may reflect subjective experience and cannot always be independently confirmed by the editorial team.

FinanceGuardReview is not responsible for decisions that the user makes based on website materials, user reviews, ratings, external links, or comments from other users.

15. Changes to the Terms

FinanceGuardReview may update these terms of use and review publication rules. A new version of the document takes effect after publication on the website, unless the text states otherwise.

The user is responsible for monitoring the current version of the terms. Continued use of the website after the document is updated means acceptance of the new version.

16. Contacting the Editorial Team

For questions about reviews, moderation, error corrections, submission of documents, clarification of information about a company, or removal of personal data, users may contact the FinanceGuardReview editorial team by email.

The current email address is published on the website’s contact page.
