Our ASG-PRO analysis identified a high level of risk for prospective clients: Luxembourg’s regulator officially stated that the company is not authorised, while the legal operator and key service terms remain undisclosed. The age of the domain does not substantiate the history of the current financial platform. Until the licence, agreement and payment recipient are independently verified, the project should be treated with heightened caution.
How We Reviewed ASG-PRO
In our review, we compared:
- the official website and its legal section;
- registration data from ICANN Lookup and RDAP;
- archived versions of the website in the Wayback Machine;
- information published by European financial regulators;
- reviews on independent platforms.
Primary sources were prioritised. Automated ratings were used only as supplementary material, while complaints were treated as statements by their authors rather than as established facts.
For details of our sources, assessment principles and Expert Rating, see our editorial standards and review methodology.
What the Company Currently Claims
On its homepage, ASG-PRO presents itself as an investment and trading platform offering real-time data, advanced analytics and “secure transactions”. Other sections also mention personalised financial planning and access to global markets, cryptocurrencies, Forex and equities.
The project promises:
- personalised financial roadmaps;
- expert support and individual guidance;
- continuous performance monitoring;
- market alerts for cryptocurrencies, Forex and equities;
- tools to “optimise returns” and manage capital.
However, the publicly accessible pages provide no audited performance history, explanation of how returns are calculated, information about experts’ qualifications or comprehensive risk disclosure. Changes to the marketing language do not resolve the central question: which legal entity provides these services, and on what legal basis.
Legal Operator and Documents
The contact page lists 40–44 Rue de la Vallée, L-2661 Luxembourg. The building exists and is known as Valley Park, a multi-tenant office complex, but the address does not substantiate the company’s presence there. The full legal name, legal form, registration number, directors and beneficial owners are not disclosed. On the basis of this information, it is impossible to verify an ASG-PRO licence.
The Terms & Condition section consists of only seven general clauses and provides little clarity about the entity with which a client enters into an agreement. It says that the relationship is governed by the laws of the country where the operator is registered, but the country, legal entity and competent court are not named. It is also unclear who ultimately receives client payments.
We did not find the following documents in the publicly accessible part of the website:
- a Privacy Policy or a separate GDPR compliance notice;
- a Risk Disclosure;
- an AML/KYC Policy;
- a Client Agreement;
- an Execution Policy;
- complaints-handling rules;
- a policy governing the custody and use of client funds.
Without these documents, a prospective client cannot determine in advance which legal entity they would contract with, which law would apply or what protection mechanisms would be available.
Asgpro.com: Domain and Website History
ICANN Lookup is ICANN’s official service for checking a domain’s creation date, registrar, registration term, name servers and other basic details. We cross-checked its data against the official RDAP service for the .com registry.
| Parameter | Data |
| Creation date | 1 August 2005 |
| Registrar | Web Commerce Communications Limited dba WebNic.cc, IANA ID 460 |
| Last registry update | 16 January 2025 |
| Current registration period expires | 1 August 2026 |
| Name servers | LEAH.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM, MACK.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM |
| Registrant | Hidden via Whoisprotection.cc |
| DNSSEC | Delegation not signed |
Keeping domain registrant data private is not in itself a violation. However, it prevents the domain from being linked to the stated operator. Cloudflare and a standard HTTPS certificate show only that the connection to the website is encrypted; they do not confirm the company’s licence or the safety of transferring money.
In 2007, the archive shows a website called “All Systems Go”; in 2016, a DreamHost holding page; and from 2021 to 2023, a test WordPress installation. Financial content appears only on 20 February 2025. The asgpro.com analysis shows that the age of the web address does not substantiate continuous operation by the current project.
Trading Conditions: Services Without Disclosed Commercial Terms
The website lists markets and portfolio services, but does not allow a prospective client to calculate the cost of a transaction or review the service rules before registering.
| Area | What Is Claimed | What Is Not Disclosed |
| Instruments | Cryptocurrencies, Forex, equities, commodities and futures | Assets, contract specifications, venues and counterparties |
| Management | Personalised strategies and financial roadmaps | Fees, methodology, performance, drawdown and termination procedures |
| Costs | No numerical terms | Spreads, commissions, swaps, deposits and withdrawals |
| Margin | No terms disclosed | Leverage, margin call, stop-out and negative balance protection |
| Execution | Access to global markets | Execution model, liquidity and slippage |
| Withdrawals | No procedure published | Timeframes, limits, fees, delays and appeals |
The How to Start page now reduces the onboarding process to four simple steps, but still does not explain the financial terms on which a client would trade. Promises of daily income and referral earnings have been removed from the page. This makes the promotional language more restrained, but fees, execution rules and withdrawal procedures remain unavailable.
Regulatory Status and the CSSF Warning
On 2 June 2025, Luxembourg’s Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) published a warning concerning ASG-PRO and the asgpro.com website. The CSSF expressly states that the company is not supervised by the authority and is not authorised to provide investment or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
This is the central finding of our regulatory review. The CSSF does not describe ASG-PRO as a fraudulent project, but it clearly contradicts any impression that the company is entitled to provide financial services from Luxembourg.
The Dutch regulator AFM published an entry reproducing a warning issued by a foreign supervisory authority and linked to the CSSF notice. Spain’s CNMV later included ASG-PRO in a compilation of foreign warnings. These are republications of a single primary warning, not independent investigations.
We found no separate warnings concerning ASG-PRO in the registers of BaFin, FCA, FINMA, AMF, CONSOB, FSMA, FMA or CySEC. However, the absence of additional entries from other regulators does not make the platform licensed or alter the CSSF’s position.
ASG-PRO Reviews: What Clients Can Find
The Trustpilot profile for asgpro.com shows a TrustScore of 3.3 out of 5 and one review. It was posted on 9 June 2026 by a user from Germany and gave the company two stars. The reviewer reports a previously undisclosed withdrawal limit, a request for an additional payment and a withdrawal request that remained pending for a long time.
We cannot independently verify this account. The author has no other posts, and the reference to a recovery service appears to be potential advertising. A single report is not enough to establish a systematic refusal to process withdrawals.
What the Evidence Shows
| Factor | Why It Matters |
| CSSF warning | Official confirmation that the company lacks authorisation in the stated jurisdiction |
| Unknown legal operator | The counterparty, payment recipient and governing law cannot be established |
| Repurposed old domain | The age of the web address does not substantiate a long operating history for the current project |
| No fees or withdrawal rules | A client cannot calculate costs or understand the procedure for recovering funds in advance |
| Changed marketing claims | Earlier claims were removed, but the legal and contractual gaps remain |
| One unverified review | This is only an additional signal, not evidence of a systematic practice |
Technical anomalies, domain privacy protection and a weak independent reputation do not prove anything in isolation. Combined with the regulator’s warning, the unknown operator and the absence of contractual terms, however, they form a coherent high-risk profile.

Editorial Conclusion
We found insufficient grounds to regard ASG-PRO as a transparent and regulated intermediary. The main risks are the CSSF warning, the unknown operator, the absence of a verifiable licence and the lack of withdrawal terms.
Our ASG-PRO analysis indicates a high level of risk in dealing with the platform. Unless the legal name, registration, authorisation, agreement and payment recipient’s details are independently verified, we do not recommend sending the project money or documents. This is not equivalent to a judicial finding of fraud, but the official warning signs are sufficient to avoid an unjustified risk.

Before I funded my ASG-PRO account, they did not show any restrictions. Everything looked transparent. But when I tried to withdraw some money, a new limit suddenly appeared out of nowhere. My request has been stuck in Pending status for weeks now. Support refuses to give any clear timelines. It seems like getting your own money back is just impossible.
I requested a withdrawal, but the manager told me it would only be processed after I make another deposit. That really raised some red flags for me, so I started reading other people’s reviews. It turns out I am not the only one dealing with this. Sadly, I will probably never see my money again. At least I was smart enough not to send them a second deposit.
